THE RECIPE THAT HELPED JESSICA SIMPSON LOOSE WEIGHT FAST.

One will wonder what "Steve Wonder" has got to do a television, well he does and that is because it's the only place i've ever seen him. Same goes for this post, Some of my readers will wonder what a skinny man like me has to do with weight loss .A friend of mine complained about gaining massive weight after having her baby in october last year. it has affected her confidence so much she's not comfortable even around me.I have no problems with some extra flesh because that just balances equation for me. For the sake of healthy living and the restoration of my friends confidence and ladies who have similar issues, here we are.

Jessica Simpson

American actress and Jessica Simpson has joined the likes of Jennifer hudson who in April 2010, Hudson, 32, became the face of Weight Watchers. She had slimmed down from a size 16 to a slender size 6. Jessica Lost 8 ponds in two weeks and her story will be an inspiration to ladies who are having such issues.

"When Jessica Simpson gave birth to her son, Ace, in June 2013--just a little more than a year after delivering daughter Maxwell--it was time to get serious about shedding the extra pounds she had put on following two consecutive pregnancies. After bidding a fond farewell to some of her favorite snacks and calorie-laden meals (think Froot Loops, fried chicken, and mashed potatoes with gravy just for starters), she turned to Weight Watchers' new two-week "Simple Start" plan to slowly ease back into a regular diet and exercise regimen. "After almost two years of eating pretty much whatever I wanted, I didn't want to feel like I had to totally deprive myself of all the foods I loved, not to mention an occasional glass of wine," Jessica says. "What was so great about this plan was that it wasn't about sacrifice. I was eating real food, there was still room for the occasional indulgence, and I never felt like I was suffering. I lost 8 ½ pounds in the first two weeks and that really got me motivated for the journey ahead."
Today, nearly 60 pounds later, and with the added incentive of her upcoming wedding to keep her motivated, Jessica is not only back at her fighting weight, but says what was once a diet plan has turned into a lifestyle choice. Here, Jessica shares the recipe for Italian Baked Egg and Vegetable Ramekins, one of her favorite meals from the plan.

Italian Baked Egg and Vegetable Ramekins

1 pound plum tomatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 red bell pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1 zucchini, quartered lengthwise, cut crosswise into ¾-inch chunks
1 onion, halved lengthwise, sliced
2 large garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4 large eggs
¼ cup grated fat-free Parmesan cheese

1. Heat oven to 400°F and spread a large, shallow roasting pan with nonstick spray.
2. Put tomatoes, pepper, zucchini, onion, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper in pan and spray with nonstick spray; toss to coat. Roast, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are browed and crisp-tender, about 30 minutes.
3. Spray 8- or 10-oz ramekins or custard cups with nonstick spray. Divide vegetables evenly among cups. Make a well in the center of the vegetables and carefully break 1 egg into each cup. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place cups on baking sheet and bake until eggs are just set, 20 to 25 minutes.
Cook's note: To make it a meal, serve baked eggs with reduced-calorie whole-wheat toast.
Makes 4 servings.

So what happens to the Catholics before Now ?

It appears all souls will not gather in one place at the end of everything because of the evolving doctrines that the catholic church provides. Eternity will be spent in different places depending on what they made you believe before you die.The recent reforms by the church to right what it seemed wrong and update its doctrines will accommodate everybody in heaven including atheists .The pope gave interesting reasons for these reforms which i find some to be true to a certain point .

This confirms that the pope himself and everyone who forms the structure of the catholic church or any church whatsoever ; are mere humans beings who although might have knowledge of the deep but are still bewildered by the mysteries of divinity. it confirms that at the end of the day it is everyman's duty to find his true source and how to connect with and commune with it. Don't you think the same?

The most common New year resolution ?

Oh my God its already a new year, what the hell happened to me ? i cant believe last year just passed like that damn! i hear minds including mine mussing at the background amidst the euphoria of making it into the year. Some things were not fully accomplished or not satisfactorily done and this leaves a feeling you hate to repeat itself. And then with the stamping of feet and banging of the table you say...this time around I'm not doing that again.

Its really interesting to hear everyone lament their new year resolutions . The heart broken vows not to fall in love again while the red light district mistress vows no man will ever see her pants anymore (were there any in the first place?). Some say henceforth, there's no mercy while others proclaim victory over a war yet to be conquered.

What's the  most common New Year Resolution you heard people make and break?
The most flawed resolutions is the ability to quit certain habits because they were probably developed over a long period of time and it takes both a strong will power and discipline to overcome them. A typical example is smoking. Every smoker i know wants to quit. Two friends once agreed to quit on the last day of the year and they prayed about it in the on that eve no matter what but after the euphoria that followed making it into the new year with the fireworks and merriment all over the town. Well the first guy was like;

"Meeeeeeeeeeeen Guy Happy New Year ooo, we gast ginger to celebrate am,abi wetin you feel ?

Second Guy :
(Rubbing the back of his head with his fingers twitching) Yes ooooo, Ol boy wetin be time now sef? day never break abi? and then like a properly rehearsed chorus ,"flick flick" there goes the sound of the lighter, you know the rest.

Now below is a list of some common resolutions i've been hearing
THIS YEAR.... I MUST
1. Quit Smoking weed /cigarettes

2. Loose weight

3.Get Married

3.Quit having relationships

4. No new Friends

5.Get a Job

6. Not owe any "gbese"

7.Mind my Business

8.Never takes my pants down for any maga

9. Move closer to God

10.Move closer to whatever brings Money

11.Become a brand ambassador for Glo

12.Must move to lekki

13 Must stop popping Roche and codeine ....

And so on...
what's the most common resolution you hear people make and usually break sometimes even before the second day of the month? leggo!!!

I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR GETTING THIS FAR...ARE YOU ?

For some reason i am enthusiastic about 2014, well i am very glad that i made it through 2013 successfully and as a better person. Last year..."lol" yeah! last year, so many wonderful things happened, some good some bad ,some obviously ugly, well i embrace the good ones, ignore the bad ones and laugh at the ugly ones. Learn from my mistakes and perfect or improve my quota of the matrix to achieve more and more .

My message to everyone is simple, i chose to share a little bit of my assessment of things based on what i experienced during the year 2013 which has been such a journey for me. Events in the year put me through a baptismal transformation. Such that re-affirmed some facts about how one should manage his mind and his body and how he coexists with other creations of God towards the direction of his purpose.

It thought me that your character and your traits plays a big role in the level which you will attain in life unless there are inexplicable exceptions. it thought me that above all things, that we should always be grateful at all times and not until when we lacked something.

There are so many reasons to be grateful and if you dont see any reason to be then at least thank God for life. Those who their conditions seems like being otherwise is a better option ,i pray that God changes that situation for the better but remember, if we cant open or eyes to see what we should be grateful for then we will see what we can see what we can achieve .

One more time i say

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Christmas Season and Zenith Bank

Merry Christmas to everyone, today means different things to so many many people although most of the Christmas traditions are not held in high esteem as it used to be back in the days but some manage to put things in place that sparks up the happy feeling. Such are the various decorations put in place by companies and offices around the world.I was particularly impressed by the the way Zenith Bank lights up the Ajose Adeogun in Victoria Island Lagos. Its such a beauty to behold and i must commend this yearly tradition initiated by the Bank and i think its a nice gift worthy of appreciation.

The Street stretches from the Eko Hotel Round about to Ligali Ayorinde junction at about 1.16km and all you see at night is the spectacle created by street lights .It attracts people who come around just to see and enjoy the sight of it and as well take nice pictures. Below is short clip of what it looks like

                                                Christmas Gift by Zenith Bank

Ignore the voice in the background..that was just me and my dude acknowledging the beauty of the whole thing and in pidgin English ,"Ho ho ho"..Merry Christmas everyone and cheers!!!

Unveiling Nelson Mandela Statue

A statue of Nelson Mandela, South Africa's first black president, has been unveiled in the capital, Pretoria, a day after he was buried. The nine-metre (30ft) bronze statue has been erected at the Union Buildings, the government headquarters.
The statue, with Mr Mandela's hands reaching outward, was intended to show that he had embraced the whole nation, President Jacob Zuma said.

MANDELA LAID TO REST.

Nelson Mandela was the first black president of South Africa, he was released from prison after being incarcerated for over two decades for his role in the fight against apartheid in his home country . Mandela and South African President F.W. de Klerk were jointly awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for their efforts to dismantle the country's apartheid system. In 1994, Mandela was inaugurated as South Africa's first black president. In 2009, Mandela's birthday (July 18) was declared "Mandela Day" to promote global peace and celebrate the South African leader's legacy. Mandela died at his home in Johannesburg on December 5, 2013, at age 95.

He was laid to rest in his boy village of Qunu. A 21-gun salute and full honor guard escorted the coffin of Nelson Mandela as his state funeral got underway in rural boyhood home. The specially constructed marquee venue held 4,500 people, with pride of place going to Mandela's family, including his widow Graca Machel and ex-wife Winnie Madikizela-Mandela who sat on either side of President Jacob Zuma.

Mandela's flag-draped casket was placed on cow skins and surrounded by 95 candles -- each signifying a year of his extraordinary life, which saw him make the journey from prisoner to president.

"The person who lies here is South Africa's greatest son," said ANC deputy president Cyril Ramaphosa.

Top government officials and foreign dignitaries and celebrities, ranging from Britain's Prince Charles to US talk show queen Oprah Winfrey, were also in attendance.
